I commend you for continuing to build relationships with other nonprofit organizations and public schools.

Would have liked to see a little bit more of press clips in your attachments.

  • How do you plan on tracking the retention of students from the previous year?
  • Do you have metrics to support the number of underserved youth who have benefited from reduced/free dance training outside of this production?
  • There were a few grammatical and spelling errors, please be sure to proofread through completely to represent the best version of the company
  • Please elaborate on future plans for presenting in Palm Beach County.
  • Please elaborate on your continued plans to your programming that will make your organization the most enmeshed and accessible arts organization in your area.

EXCELLENCE: Very creative project, beautifully executed! Proposal is well-written, enjoyable to read; would like to see more variation on goals (tickets sold, reach, child impact benchmarks) beyond student participation; Great partnerships overall--would like to see some of the 16 social service free ticket partners listed.

IMPACT: Great demographics descriptions and economic impact statement; clearly demonstrates an unmatched arts experience in an easily-relatable subject matter for the community;projected school-based youth seems low compared to 48 performing students; would like to see marketing reach quantified where possible.

MANAGEMENT: Deficit mitigation underway; clearly-defined fundraising strategies and long-term results; would like to see detail on line item variances (e.g., admin personnel expense increase and admissions decrease).

ACCESS: Excellent and varied efforts to include families from diverse socioeconomic strata and students of all abilities in this production.

Great connection between holiday classic and historical concept of the area!
