Kosovic Duvin Iva - Score: 96.000

- outstanding lineup of artist!

- is working with the Tourist Development Council really the only method the Festival can employ to  raise its public profile? It would be great to learn about additional objectives and activities that can support this goal.

- compliments on including the succession plan for key positions in the timeline

Please have someone proof read. While generally clear, there was some copy and past errors and repetition of narrative.  A great deal of time was spent discussing past concerts, with NO discussion of any of the artists or concerts actually planned for the grant year.  You seek grant support for 6 concerts. What are they?  This is not supposed to be focused on historical information.  You have clearly had a very impressive list of guest artists.

The partnership info seemed focused on the work of the AITDC.  Are you claiming the festival is responsible for over 666,000 overnight visitors?  This section is meant to discuss how your partnerships and collaborations are directly related to your programs.

The way your timeline is presented is very confusing, and makes it difficult to understand your planning milestones.  Do you have the $1,000,000 for the endowment?  Rethink this section for the future.

I have no idea how you get to 15 events.  The top of the narrative said the proposal was for 6 concerts?

Again. Your marketing section seem focused on 2018-2019.  This is supposed to be your marketing plan for 2021-2022.

This is a grant for GENERAL OPERATING SUPPORT. You need to provide a detailed budget for FY22.

"For General Program Support the Proposal Budget should match the operating budget minus non-allowable expenses (see non-allowable expenses)."

You were showing $500,000 budgets... is the other $355K ALL inkind??? All marketing is in kind?

Thank you for fully addressing accessibility.

You should really convert all support materials to PDF.

Your strategic plan is nice, but it doesn't look like you have filled in your measurements.

I found it confusing that your number of concerts is different throughout the application.  I see up to six, fifteen, four, fourteen to nineteen, and up to fifteen.  These aren't distinguished clearly.

It's useful to hear about your relationship with the TDC, but not so useful to read so many details about the Council's impacts that go beyond those with your Festival.

Your proposal budget should include all annual company expenses and income, not just one category.  This is a GPS proposal.  The panel wants to see the full picture, not just a portion.

Support materials were useful, but a performance video would also be helpful.
