A few notes:

  1. Clear programming goals with some measurable objectives for the coming FY.
  2. Strong programming activities including education and community engagement.
  3. Detailed partnerships and appropriate program evaluation.
  4. Virtual programming could have been expanded on more for more detail.
  5. Clearly defined economic and community impact.
  6. Appropriate marketing plan.
  7. Production accessibility is being discussed but not entirely implemented and little discussion of financial accessibility.
  8. Significant increase in income and expenses for next FY mostly coming from earned revenue - coming from the promised A Wonderful World production.

What's the project?   What are the programs for which you are requesting general support funding?   Response mostly about past programs.

Objectices -- measurable.  How many published works is the goal?  How many national and/or intl artists?  

Mind Lab - creations of plays

Outreach - more detail, please.  How many free tickets were distributed?  50 or 500?  What is the value of those free tickets?  $50 or $15000?

Partnerships - I would include the Knight Foundation and Perez Foundation as partners.  Just a suggestion

Evaluation - What is NetPromoter?  Is 80 considered to be a good score? Thanks for including some comments, but the question is how do you use this information for future programming and strategic planning?

Economic Impact - provide more information using the AA economic calculator such as state revenue generated.

Hope you get a nice grant from SVOG.  I thought the 22-23 budget was overly ambitious, coming out of a pandemic, but the info in Additional operating budget explained it.  Good job.

Attachments - most do not acknowledge the state funding. I saw maybe 2.
