Programming description - needs more specificity, what kind of festivals?  What is the programming for each festival?  Where are the festivals?   What organizations are participating?

Programming goals and programming objectives are the same; Objectives should correspond to each goal and objs. should be specific and measurable; The grant instructions provide examples.  This section needs more thought.

Programming Activities - where are the pre and post educational activities?  What museum?

6,000 adults participate in three festivals; seems low, in my opinion

Demographics - age? race? ethnicity? income? labor force?

Additional impact - very good, but I don't have a sense of the programming and activities for the festivals.

Is the virtual programming part of the grant project or library programming?

Why aren't you working with Visit Suwanne and Visit FLorida?  They seem like ideal partners.

Market should be more robust, especially with social and digital.

Track Record - perhaps explain programming through grant projects like the Main Street grant. This is a space where you can rave about your successes.  What and how did you improve youth services? ???

Organization budget has no admin. or programming costs.  But, the project budget has $21,020 in admin. costs and $36,724 in program costs?  How can that be?
