Emphasis on arts and education in the schools Orlando at Play - great promo - how are they intersecting with all the tourists that come to the area for engagement with local arts? How is OAM distributed? Is it in hotel rooms, theme parks etc Love cultural programming at Orlando Airport |

Comprehensive offering of programs and services that fully align with mission Strong partnerships evident Organization clearly understands and articulates the impact of their work in multiple program areas Appreciate the detail in marketing outlets Evaluation clearly integrated and meaningful feedback informs programming Ability to search by accessibility tags is really unique as is the translator software. Would have liked to have had some indication or context around how much services or tags are used to generate attendance. Or understand what the demography looks like in the community to understand the depth of service being provided.

Providing broad umbrella services and promotions at large scale, with key partners. Impact numbers are perhaps high - equating managing funds with facilitating experiences may be overstating the impact. Marketing campaigns are far-reaching, but could be more contemporary in design/image. More cultural diversity could be represented in large-scale self-designed promotions, for instance, the posters at the airport. | |

Four county region. Invested $5.1 M in FY18, which presumably includes just a little over $1.5 M in support grants for 78 organizations and $2.2 M in contributions for 76 organizations. |
